This service is aimed at helping women improve their health after gestational diabetes and reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
What can we do for you?
Women diagnosed with gestational diabetes are able to make diabetes nurse education and dietetics appointments through this services.
Our services include individual consultations along with email/phone follow-up for the duration of your pregnancy.
Who can attend?
To attend this service you will need a referral from your treating obstetrician or general practitioner. This referral must include the diagnostic pathology.

How much will it cost me?
Fees start at $30 per appointment for people with a health care card.
