From 5.00pm, you can get moving with some gentle exercise or check out the Zwift stationary bikes with former elite cyclists Grace Brown and Matt Keenan, who is also a Baker Institute ambassador.

We will get seated at 5:30pm, with the event concluding at 6:30pm with light refreshments available
